Large Private Estate
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 5+ experience on managing housekeeping and laundries on cruise ships and / or private yachts or luxury hotels or large private estates. Fluent in English.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a team of +/- 100 staff. That includes all house hold team and laundry staff.
The inside of the estate needs to be cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Maintain a very good communication with other departments to encourage immediate reports of defects, changes or anything that can affect the general operations of the estate.
Ordering and controlling the inventory of all the cleaning products, linen, toiletries, cleaning consumables, equipment.
Quality control of all your areas and doing daily rounds of the estate.
Laundry: responsible for all the family and guests laundry and linen. Staff uniforms and linen.
Controlling all the store rooms and making sure they are always in a very tidy and clean condition.

Live out Apartment organized and paid by employer
Flight Allowance SAR15,000 PA
