Performance of Duties
Entrance / exit use
Lunch and coffeebreaks procedures
Safety rules on using equipment, supplies, lifting weights
Communicating with other workers
Contact your supervisor for help if a cleaning problem requires immediate attention.
Following Haccp practices as per relevant manuals such as:
- Personal Hygiene
- Three bucket system
- Three sink system
- Glasswashers /dishwashers
- Product sensitivity
- General Cleaning
Know all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them.
Report any unusual occurrences and/or requests to Hotel Manager.
Be aware that bending, stooping, and lifting heavy items may be required
Perform any reasonable request as directed by management
Pre requisites: Must be able to cope with heavy customer demands from bartenders and servers in an efficient manner. Must be able to do heavy lifting.
