    We are always looking for talented hospitality professionals who wish to further their careers in upscale and luxury operations.

    Here are below job roles that are requested for this interview:


    - Sommelier male/female

    To provide guests with courteous and professional beverage service. To increase revenue for the company and self by applying up-selling techniques. To meet sales targets. Should be knowledgeable of all beverage lists and able to discuss and suggest wines to guests
    who ask for advice. Knowledge of how to pair wine with food is imperative. Must be able to reach sales targets set by the Company that are reasonable and attainable but
    require motivation and commitment. Maintains a clean and orderly wine cellar. Duties include the re-stocking of the Wine Cellar on a daily basis and once a week may be
    requested to work during the loading of wines onto to the ship. Provides personalized service (remembers guests names and preferences). Adheres to the vessel's drinking age policy.

    - Bartenders male/female

    To provide guests with courteous and professional service. To increase revenue for the company and self by applying up-selling techniques. To meet sales targets. Mixes drinks, cocktails, and bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with Company standards. Is responsible for properly filling orders placed by bar waiters and cocktail waitresses and doing so in a prompt and efficient manner.Maintains clean and orderly lounges / bars. Is responsible for beverage costs in his/her area.

    - Asst cabin stewardesses female only

    The major goal of the position is the cleanliness of all Guest's staterooms in his/her respective section, including passageways as per the Company's Standards. Responsible for a station of approximately twenty Guest staterooms. Provides personal assistance to Guests and aims to exceed their expectations. Must be always friendly and helpful, to all Guests regardless if they are or are not in your section. On embarkation day, must escort Guest's to their staterooms, carry their hand baggage and explain stateroom amenities and layout. On the first evening of the cruise, greets his/her Guests on his/her station, and explains the qstateroom services she/he will provide including duty hours and other room service availability. Handle all the linen necessary for the daily operation taking care of the necessary exchange in the Ship's Laundry.

    - Asst waitresses female only

    To assist the Waiter in providing and maintaining the service standards by ensuring friendly, courteous and professional service in any dining venue assigned and an overall pleasant dining atmosphere and experience reflects the luxurious nature of our company. Provides personalized service always with a smile (remembers guests names and preferences). Offer and refill water, bread, butter, beverage and any other item needed. Collect the food from the galley to the respective section and carry back the dirty trays as per USPH and breakage prevention standards. Offer condiments and fresh pepper as per service standard.

    - Jr asst waitress/ buffet assistant waitress female only

    To assist the Waiter in providing and maintaining service standards by ensuring friendly, courteous and professional service in any dining venue assigned and an overall pleasant dining atmosphere and experience reflects the luxurious nature of the company. Provides personalized service always with a smile (remembers guests names and preferences). Offer and refill water, bread, butter, beverage and any other item needed. Must be fully familiar and efficient in buffet line setup, refill and clearance, ensuring the buffet is at all-time presentable and equipped with the correct chinaware, hot plates for hot food. Collect the food from the galley to the respective section and carry back the dirty trays as per USPH and breakage prevention standards. Maintains clean and orderly tables, setup and organize and clean the station.

    - Bar waitresses female only


    To provide guests with courteous and professional service.To increase revenue for the company and self by applying up-selling techniques.To meet sales targets. Maintains clean and orderly lounges / bars. Greeting guests when they enter the lounge. Knows his/her bar menu well and is able to explain and suggest drinks.Provides personalized service (remembers guests names and preferences).Verifies that drinks are served in the proper glass with the proper garnish.
