Support delivery of an exceptional dining experience for Crew by
providing assistance in general cleaning, storing and other food service
related activities

HIS/HER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for maintaining USPH standards in assigned area
· Achieve a high level of cleanliness in the Mess Areas and recreation
rooms
· Share product knowledge of all food and beverage offerings within
Crew/Officer Dining areas
· Responsible for proper disposal of garbage and recyclable items
· Ensure professional presentation of buffets
· Identify and report and equipment needing maintenance
· Coordinate pick up any replacement of designated food items

Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:

·        Minimum one year in a Food and Beverage service related role

Contract length: 8 months on/2 months off
