Shop Assistant - Aida Cruises

Based on AIDA Shop standards and in coordination with the Shop Manager, the person in this position is responsible for making sure that business runs smoothly and that the assigned shop department and storage area is organized professionally with a focus on results.

1.     Independent working on performing the tasks

2.     Actively selling and providing customer service with persuasiveness, friendliness, and with the clear objective of making successful sales throughout the shop

3.     Organizing  assigned shop area

4.     Continually ensuring that goods are presented in accordance with  the AIDA Shop standards

5.     Responsibility for goods receipt and organizing assigned storage area

6.     Continuously restocking from storage room as goods sell

7.     Properly handling cashier processes

8.     Stocktaking

9.     Cleaning shops and storage area

10. Complying with all security, cleanliness and hygiene requirements

Minimum experience and qualification requirements for position:

·       Ideally, at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position

·       Extensive decorating and product presentation experience

·       knowledge of English language

·       knowledge of German language

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: 1700 € gross
