Position summary
Description
The primary
responsibility of the Shop Manager is to oversee and manage all the shops and
boutiques operations on board. Within these responsibilities you should be able
to create and execute plans to drive sales and maintain high quality retail
standards. Ensuring exceptional passenger experience aboard the cruise ship is
always the main focus.

To maximize revenue opportunities

Adequate training and coaching new
staff on Cruise Retail standards and procedures
·
You are responsible for inventory as
well, with an emphasis on loss prevention
Minimum experience and qualification
requirements for position:
·
Ability to demonstrate exceptional
interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise with cruise
line officers and Corporate Office representatives;
·
Experience (3-5 year)
·
Strong PC Skills using Microsoft
applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
·
Excellent previous employment
references;
·
Fluent in English language skills
(verbal and written);
·
Friendly approach and well-groomed
appearance;
·
Energetic Personality;
Contract length: 6 months on/ 2 months off
Salary: 1100$ + 1,50% Sales Revenue
